We have personal trainers specialized in the fields of physical exercise and weight control. The personal trainer (M/F) helps you taking the next steps to a good physical fitness and health.
First, it’s important for you to figure out which goals you would like to achieve. Your personal trainer will help you in setting realistic goals and will also consider your current health and the sports activities which you are currently doing.
Based on that information you’ll carry out different exercises with your personal trainer, so you become familiar with the different exercises and it is ensured you carry out the exercises correctly. You can work out with your personal trainer on a weekly or monthly basis, according to what suits you best.
Your progress will be monitored, and your program will be adjusted if necessary. Remember that the program and goals are personal – just for you! That makes personal training suitable for anyone, of any fitness level and of any prior sports experience.
To schedule a personal training session, you need to have a valid all-in plan. Besides that, there is a fee per hour.
