Who hasn´t heard of bootcamps? Enjoy training outside in the sun (or rain). For the real die-hards! Fortunately, not all bootcamp trainings are like you might know them: a military ‘punishment’. All exercises are easy to adjust to any level, so don´t be afraid to participate!

This way of exercising emerged in the beginning of this century in the United States. The essence of bootcamp is a good work out. This cardiovascular and strengthening full body workout is accessible for both men and women, of all fitness levels. You train your physical fitness, strength, flexibility and explosiveness in one training. So… a perfect workout!
The form of training is very popular in the Netherlands, and for a reason. It is ideal, especially during the warmer summer months. This way you avoid training in a warm, stuffy room. It is also an ideal training to stay in shape during the off season of your team sport.

This group class is only offered during the warmer months of the year. From April ’till June and September until October. Bootcamp is not included in the summer schedule (August).
All participants gather at the small inner court of the Uilenstede location. The trainer will take you somewhere outside. So be sure to wear outside training shoes. We also recommend you adjust your sports clothing to the weather conditions. Where your trainer takes you varies per training, so be prepared for the element of surprise.
