Thai Bo is a group class inspired by martial arts and teaches techniques such as kicks and punches. It is a combination of fitness and oriental martial arts. You work out to the rhythm of music and you’ll carry out kicking and punching movements at a fast pace. It is a full body workout. It promotes your physical fitness and speed. There is no physical contact among participants during the class.

This group class was added to our sports program recently. Well, it actually made a comeback! In the past (around 2000) this class was extremely popular. However, the craze was short-lived. But more and more members asked for us to bring it back. And that’s why Thai Bo is back on the schedule! The best part? Everyone can join Thai Bo, you don’t need any specific sports experience.
It is important that you wear good, supportive indoor sports shoes and comfortable sportswear. Furthermore, we advise you to bring a drinking bottle. The use of a towel is mandatory.
