Would you like to improve your physical fitness and general health? Or would you like to work out at Sportcentrum VU to enhance your strength, speed and flexibility? Then fitness at Sportcentrum VU is it for you!
Sportcentrum VU has two fitness centres in Amsterdam and Amstelveen: Uilenstede and VU Campus. Both locations have modern fitness equipment to do cardio as well as strength training.
Expert guidance
We have expert guidance available in the gyms to help you achieve your training goals. Our trainers have extensive experience in coaching athletes young and old.
You can get a free intake from a subscription of 3 months or longer (the type of subscription does not matter). The goal of this intake is to draw up a personal customized training schedule. The fitness instructors can also create a training schedule for you at no extra cost, allowing you to achieve your goals.
Our intake looks as follows:
- Weight and fat percentage measurement, blood pressure measurement, submax VO2max (fitness) test, mobility and stability are examined.
- Possible physical complaints are included in the creation of a schedule, as well as personal goals.
- The schedule is explained immediately (weights, equipment settings, etc) and you can try it right away.
You can schedule the intake by appointment.
