New release XCore and Pump
A new quarter means new workouts to new music, and we don't let that pass us by lightly.
We kick it off with a release party on the following dates:
X-core - party!
On Sunday, March 30 from 13:30 - 14:30.
Pump - party!
On Sunday, April 6 from 12:00 - 13:15 in hall 2.

What is Xcore?
Working out with the Xcore trainer means intensive training of your core ; the abdomen and back. Xcore is the perfect workout for muscle strengthening, figure enhancement and fitness training. Besides burning calories, you also work on stability and flexibility and improving your posture (coordination and balance). The workout to the beats of rousing music is fun and super motivating.
What is Pump?
Developing a tighter body and training the endurance of your muscles is key. Burning energy by putting your muscles to work is the hallmark of this group class. It is also called “the fastest way to get in shape. Pumples starts with some nice music. Of course you start slowly during the warming up, but immediately with the help of barbells. After the warming up, you go full throttle with barbells, dumbbells and to the beats of exciting music.
