Looking for a motivation boost? Or just in need of some fresh air? Walk with us during the Walk during your VU day!
On April 3, it's time to get moving during your work/study day! Getting out from behind your desk and participating in a short walk will make you more productive, energetic and healthy. So join our short lunch walk!
Why join?

Program:
- 12:45 Gather at the Student Wellbeing Point.
- 12:55 Depart for a walk of about half an hour.
- 13:25 - End walk and coffee/tea and a piece of banana bread, at SWP.
Drum up your fellow students and colleagues to join you. Together we will take steps towards a healthier work and study day!
