Become a Step Instructor at Sportcentrum Vu Academy
Are you trained as an aerobics instructeur and would you like to specialize further than this course is for you!
In 4 lessons of 2 hours you will be trained to Step Instructor.
Class dates and times

The lessons are held in one of studio's at the Sports Centre VU location Uilenstede.

Course content
To participate in this course it is important that you can use the 32-, 16- and 8-tel cue on the music. You are going to learn how to give a good step lesson using the basic segments.
Learn how to use 'crossfrasing', 'all-at-once and 'crazy turning' among other things to get participants to dance around their step. Each class will be a challenge and a lot of fun. For more information please contact Jolanda Seijger.
