MMA

MMA is a combat sport where two competitors attempt to defeat one another by utilizing a wide variety of martial arts techniques, including striking and submission grappling.

You will learn how to combine striking and grappling together in a MMA context and how to utilize your maritial arts skills effectively.

The goal of this class is to learn different techniques taken from boxing, kickboxing, muay thai, wrestling and Brazilian jiu-jitsu and how to apply them effectively whether you are standing or on the ground.
