Circuit training is a group lesson in the gym of 30 to maximum 45 minutes

You work full speed with different materials and work on both your strength and fitness. It are relatively many strength exercises, but because you continue continuously it is also a conditional workout. This class is only given in the fitness center of the VU Campus.

What is circuit training?

During circuit training, you train in a group for 30 to 45 minutes. You do an exercise for a few minutes or repetitions before moving on to the next exercise. The exercises follow each other in quick succession, so you work on your fitness as well as your strength. The exercises can be done in pairs. You will definitely get tired!

Circuittraining at Sportcentrum VU

Circuit training is for anyone who needs inspiration for new exercises, anyone who doesn't know exactly how to train and for anyone who prefers not to train alone. You can indicate which muscle groups you would like to train, and the instructor will take this into account as much as possible. To join the training please report to the information desk in the fitness area (counter VU Campus). The training takes place anywhere in the fitness room. It is mandatory to bring a towel.
