Circuit training
Circuit training is a group lesson in the gym of 30 to maximum 45 minutes
You work full speed with different materials and work on both your strength and fitness. It are relatively many strength exercises, but because you continue continuously it is also a conditional workout. This class is only given in the fitness center of the VU Campus.

Circuit training is a group lesson in the gym of 30 to maximum 45 minutes. You will be working flat out with various muscle groups and thus working on both your strength and fitness. There are relatively many strength exercises, but because you continue continuously it is also a conditional workout. The exercises can be done in pairs. You will certainly get tired!
Circuit training is for anyone who needs inspiration for new exercises, anyone who doesn't know exactly how to train and for anyone who prefers not to train alone. You can indicate which muscle groups you would like to train, and the instructor will take this into account as much as possible. To join the training please report to the information desk in the fitness area (counter VU Campus). The training takes place anywhere in the fitness room. It is mandatory to bring a towel.
