GET READY TO RUMBLE: LOCKDOWN CHALLENGE - WEEK 3!

It’s already Week 3 of our challenge! For this week we have another selection of challenging workouts. If you missed the previous weeks, no worries! You can find those programs on our website: week 1 en week 2.

You can follow the program of this week by clicking on the links of the specific workouts:

Strength/ Condition: (2 à 3 x per week intensively)

Getting some less intensive exercise: 3 – 5 x per week 30 – 60 min by walking, cycling and jogging.
