Week 4, the very last week of this Challenge! But no worries, we will always provide you with workouts and online sessions for fun & helath improvement. So keep an eye on our website and social media!
This week you’ll have a slightly different workout:
Strength/ Endurance: (2 à 3 x per week intensive)
Exercise: 3 – 5 x per week 30 – 60 min, less intensive. For instance: walking, cycling and jogging.
Body & Mind: you can do Yoga or Pilates. Yoga: (3) Facebook and Pilates: (3) Facebook
And don’t forget: you can also join our Broga sessions on Tuesday and Thursday via Zoom. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to receive the Zoom link.
