Circuit training is a group class in the fitness area and lasts 30 to maximum 45 minutes. You will work different muscle groups at maximum effort. You’ll train both muscle strength and physical fitness. Circuit training entails relatively many strength exercises, but because you keep going you’ll work on your endurance levels as well.
This group lesson is only given at the gym on the VU Campus. It’s for anyone who needs inspiration for new exercises, anyone who doesn’t know exactly how to train and for anyone who prefers not to train alone. You can indicate which muscle groups you would like to train, and the instructor will take this into account as much as possible. To join, please report to the information desk in the fitness area (counter VU Campus). The training takes place everywhere in the fitness room. It is mandatory to bring a towel.

The classes are on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 17:00 – 18:00.
