At the Sportcentrum VU, we are always working on new developments.
One of the biggest new developments in the field of sports right now is HYROX! If you haven't heard of it yet, Hyrox is a combination of running and fitness exercises. You alternate between these until “the race” is complete. There is no time limit, so it's really something for everyone!
Hyrox classes

The classes are taught by an experienced fitness instructor. A Hyrox class lasts 60 minutes. During the class, you alternate running with strength training exercises such as the SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jump, rowing, kettle bells farmers carry, sandbag lunges, and wall balls.
Schedule:
Monday 5:45 p.m. - 6:45 p.m.
Wednesday 7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Thursday 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.

- We train in our brand new outdoor gym
- We gather indoors after the finger scan (Uilenstede location)
