Hyrox
One of the biggest new developments in the field of sports right now is HYROX!
Hyrox is a functional training concept inspired by the international Hyrox race, combining running with functional strength exercises.
Our Hyrox -classes are challenging, varied and suitable for all levels. From complete beginners to competitive athletes. The result is a full-body workout that builds strength, endurance and mental resilience.

Our Hyrox classes take place in Studio 3 or Studio 4, with the option to use additional outdoor space when weather conditions allow. Each Hyrox class lasts 45 to 60 minutes. During the session, running is alternated with functional strength exercises, such as:

| Wall balls | Squat combined with throwing a ball to a wall target |
