Kettlebell HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) is a functional full-body workout using a round shaped weight with a handle. In this fast paced, dynamic class, you’ll work multiple muscle groups at once while building strength, endurance, core stability, mobility, and coordination.

The exercises can be scaled to suit everyone, from beginners to experienced participants. Come and experience the power of the kettlebell yourself and feel stronger and more energized after every session!

Wat heb je nodig voor een les

It is important that you wear good, supportive indoor sports shoes and comfortable sportswear. It is also advisable to bring a water bottle and a towel for sweating.

Note: The use of a towel is mandatory at Sports Center VU, in all group classes and in the fitness.
