You work on your condition and on strengthening your body. Ideal for you if you want to work up a sweat. Because the teacher offers many variations it is a suitable class for both beginners and advanced.

What do you need?
It is important that you wear comfortable sports clothing and shoes. Bring a sports mat. It is also advisable to bring a drinking bottle and a towel for sweating. Please note: The use of a towel is mandatory at Sportcentrum VU, with all group lessons and in the fitness.
