H.I.I.T. is a 45-minute interval workout. The workout is short, intense, explosive and provides a high heart rate!Conditioning workout using TRX (suspension trainer), BOSU, Dumbells and body weight in High Intensity Intervals to accelerate fat burning and improve stamina and strength. Combined with Tabata-style training as a time-efficient approach to achieve improved health and fitness potential.

Necessities

It is important that you wear comfortable sports clothes and shoes. Bring a sports mat. It is also recommended that you bring a water bottle and a towel for sweating. Note: The use of a towel is mandatory at Sports Center VU, at all group classes and in the gym.
