Tips for Exercising in Hot Weather

It's warm at the VU Sports Center
It’s hot in the Netherlands, and the National Heat Plan is currently in effect everywhere.
At the VU Sports Center, all scheduled activities will continue as usual, but due to the high temperatures, our instructors are adjusting the intensity of their classes and incorporating extra water breaks.
We advise everyone coming to the Sports Center to:
- drink plenty of water
- take a break if you need one
- to to wear light, airy clothing
- adjust the intensity of your workout to the conditions
Take good care of yourselves and each other!
