The Bodyshape Instructor training is a deepening of teaching exercises to music

By going deeper into anatomy, physiology and training you know exactly which muscle group you can train and how. To follow this course it is useful if you have followed the aerobics instructor course first, but this is not necessary.

Contents of the course

If you are sincerely interested in the possibilities of creating exercises for different muscle groups, with the challenge of the (im)possibilities of a group lesson setting, then sign up. Learn the basics of anatomy, physiology and training theory and use your own creativity to create the most amazing workouts and have the participants of your class go home with a satisfied feeling.
