Class dates and times
The new dates for the spin instructor course are known.
Friday from 18:00 – 20:00 uur in studio 1 on the following dates:
- February 9 and 16
- March 1 and 8
- Exam on March 22
The costs are:
Students: € 125,-
Others: € 200,-
Course content
No previous knowledge is needed, only an enthusiasm for spinning. Besides 'normal cycling' a number of other methods of Indoor Cycling will be discussed. A standard (delivered) lesson, working on '% of HF' or on 'FTP', a lot is possible.
At the end of this course you will know the different methods there are and you will be able to give a spinning lesson. Besides the different ways to determine the intensity of a lesson, the structure of a lesson will be looked at. In what way does a lesson start (warm-up) and how do you finish at the end. Working on the music or on FTP, you know what you are going to do with your clients that training. You can give your clients a tired and fantastic workout.
