Total workout is a popular "total workout" and can only be done at Sportcentrum VU!
The training is aimed at improving the overall condition. By using many different forms of training (circuit training, TRX, weights, working in pairs and / or working in intervals) you improve your condition and stimulate fat burning. You can easily determine the intensity yourself because you can vary the number of repetitions and the amount of weight.
Only at Sportcentrum VU in Amstelveen can you do the Total Workout. It is a group lesson that always takes place in the studios of location Uilenstede in Amstelveen.
Total workout "light"
A Total workout training that lasts only 45 minutes. Hence the addition of "light". Precisely the shorter duration makes it easier to try this class and to feel how much fun exercising is. You get tired, sweat but feel more than satisfied at the end of the workout. A great way to get fitter, faster and stronger.
What do you need?
The barbells, dumbbells, tubes, TRX and dynabands are available in the sports studios of Sports Center VU. For this class it is important that you wear good, supportive indoor sports shoes and comfortable sportswear. Don't forget to bring your own sports mat. It is also recommended to bring a water bottle and a towel for sweating. Note: The use of a towel is mandatory at Sports Center VU, in all group classes and in the fitness.
