New group class: Mindfulness
Mindfulness helps you in daily life to relax more and make choices that are good for you. The actions you take in daily life are prompted from your thinking and feeling. Feeling stressed, gloomy or brooding is an effect of an unconscious automatic pattern that is not helping you. Practicing mindfulness teaches you to recognize those patterns so you can get a better grip on your emotions, feelings and behavior.

Wellbeing: Walk to Run
Gevoelig voor een winterdip? Of ga je na college meteen aan je studie of plof je op de bank met een serie? Ondanks dat we weten dat bewegen en naar buiten gaan goed is voor onze mentale en fysieke gezondheid, is het niet altijd makkelijk om in beweging te komen. Daarom start Sportcentrum VU op 25 februari een nieuwe reeks Wellbeing: Walk to Run!

Do you want to take the win in our pub quiz in 2025?
The Sportscenter VU pub quiz will return to our Sports Cafe again in 2025. We have a series of dates planned and the first edition is already on Tuesday, January 28! An evening for socializing, fun sports questions and of course time enough for drinks and snacks.
